Fancy horns

It is quite hard to not notice the rising number of vehicles on the road that are fitted with fancy horns and keep producing some of the most annoying sounds one would ever like to listen. These horns have been banned in most of the countries as they are loud and are likely to give a shock to any person driving along or passing through from the opposite. These horns were a huge hit once they came into effect in the market but however the officials in charge of road safety and noise pollution took quick notice of the ill-effects of the horn and banned it from using there after. However it seems there are still many using these horns and causing huge trouble to those fellow drivers and travelers on the road.
